In Memory of my uncle Dr. Vincent G. Kokich

I wanted to take time to thank my patients and colleagues for your overwhelming sympathy and support in the loss of my uncle, Dr. Vincent G. Kokich.  He was an amazing uncle and world renowned orthodontist who set the standards in his field.  His death is an enormous loss and he will be greatly missed.  I appreciate the support and prayers.
